why my Back Pain appears ?

most often my back pain gets worse even we had proper treatment,patient usally take painkillers,bed rest and exercises.despite of  all precautions and treatments that its appears again.dr sanjay sharma interventional pain physician as an exert pain specialist says.

Can exercise make back pain worse?

As far as possible knowledge, it's best to continue with your normal everyday activities as soon as you can, and to keep on  moving. Being active and  mild and supervise exercising won't make your back pain worse, even if you have a bit of pain and discomfort at first. Staying active will help you get better. Taking painkillers may help you.
